FROM COUNTY ROAD ~1 16 T¢) ITS CUL-DE-SAC TERMINUS) Wt!Et41EAS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the sealcoal i~ ~: improvement to Magnesium Street N.W. from County Road gl 16 to its cul-de- sac termim~:; aml the contract price for such improvements is $789.20 and the expenses incurred or to be inctu-rcd in the making of such improvement amount to $139.92 so that the total cost of thc improwm~em will be $929.12. NOW TIIEI;IEI"()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ibc p,.)rtion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $0.00 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property m~'ners is declared to be $929.12. 2) Tt',a~ :~s:;c.s:-;mcnts shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of three ye:_m;: Ibc first of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1991 and shall bear i[~tc, ccsi~ at the rate of 8.5 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the asse.~;s:l F!cii ii resolution. 3) That ~hc City Administrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, noilly t[~c kamsey City Council thereof.
