Councihnct-'~ber DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-242 RES()LUT~{~N DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPAI,~ATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-07 AI ITII[~/?:N HEIGHTS ADDITION OVERLAY) WHEii:EAS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the overlay i~n3~rovcment to the streets in Autumn Heights Addition and the contract price for such inaprovcmems is $47,548.77 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $7,127.51 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $54,676.2t~,. NOW T.~qEI~I~;I?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I~A~qSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) T[~at ~h(: lCr)rtion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $27,338.14 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against bencfi!cd property owners is declared to be $27,338.14. 2) That ;~_5;:-:cs..~;~ nents shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of three year:~, lhc first of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1991 and shall bear i~t~zrcst at the rate of 8.5 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the a s:;e:-;,,.mem resolution. 3) Thai ~t~,: City Administrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, nodfy l t~e kamscy City Council thereof.
