CouncJlmcmbt:r DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-244 RESOLi(JTI(lr-4 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARA~F~ON OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~)0-08 WO¢)D!~AND GREEN ADDITION OVERLAY) WIt I,;F~I~;AS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the overlt~.y improvement to the streets in Woodland Green Addition and the contract price for such improv,:n ~en~:s is $40,755.03 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvermmt amount to $6,282.19 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $47,037.'.?.2.. NOW TII6;REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~AMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai il','; portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby d¢~:lared to be $23,518.61 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against be ncf it~zd 1~roperty owners is declared to be $23,518.61. 2) That as~;cssments shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of three year:~, thc ~irst of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1991 and shall beat' it~iere:sr at the rate of 8.5 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the as~;e:;:;m¢,n~ resolution. 3) Tt-~al ~h~.: Ci~:y Administrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, noti(y 'i.l~c: Ramsey City Council thereof.
