Councilmct 0bc:r DeLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION /190-08-246 RES()LU'['!ON DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT //90-09 tlA}[','I,S DOVER ACRES ADDITION OVERLAY) WHI,;]~ EA.S, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the overlay i~ nl-,mvement to the streets in Halls Dover Acres Addition and the contract price for such improv¢;n ~cnis is $27,005.10 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such imp~;overnc4~t amount to $4,142.85 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $31,147.!)5. NOW T~IEREF()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O~. RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That ibc portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby dr:dared to be $15,573.98 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benc:fi~cd t,,roperty owners is declared to be $15,573.98. 2) Tl~at as:.;es:-;ments shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of three ~tst of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1991 and shall be;_n' intc~'cs~: at the rate of 8.5 percent per annum Dom the date of the adoption of the asscsm;n'~(;n~ resolution. 3) Ttmt ~h,: Cily Administrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify i['~c K,.'m sey City Council thereof.
