Counciln ~cn d'~c~' DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-248 RES()L(JTIt)N DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARAT~()N OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-10 BIT[!MINOUS SURFACING OF BAUGH STREET N. W.) WI~I,;REAS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the bitumi~ot~ sm'facing of Baugh Street N. W. and the contract price for such improvements is $25,338.00 and thc expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to ,~7,¢~0 ! .40 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $32,939.40. NOW TI[I);lt~EI,'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF i{AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ti~,~' portkm of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $0.00 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited propc~ ~y owners is declared to be $32,939.40. 2) Thai assessments shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of ten years, the t'irst of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1991 and shall bear it~ercst at the rate of 8.8 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the as.~c:~,.;ll ~('.ni resolution. 3) That ih:~ City Administrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notily l i~t: ilamsey City Council thereof.
