Cotmcilmo~ Jb:.;r I )eLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-249 RESOLIJTi(}N FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ¢~90.10 BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF BAUGH STREET N. W.) WI~IE~,I<AS, by a resolution passed by the City Council on July 25, 1989, the City Administrator was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving the bituminous surfacing ol~ Baugh Street N. W.; and WtitEt-'.EAS, the City Administrator has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been ::onq~k;tcd and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW TllERF, I,'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥~, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) q'ha'~ a hc;~ring shall be held on the 5th day of September in the City Hall at 7:50 p.m. to pass upon :-;~c:h proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affccmd by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such 2) Thai ',.he (Sty Administrator is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed asscssn:cnt to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearh~g, a::d he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
