Counciln ~e~rd I{:r I )cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-08-254 <br /> <br />RESOLi0TI(IN APPROVING DRIVEWAY ACCESS FOR JOHN GOBERNATZ <br />ONTO i153RI> AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br /> W[[I,;kEAS, the City has authorized acquisition of fight-of-way for the construction of <br />the extem;i~m of 153rd Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WtlI,;[¢.EAS, the City has negotiated with Mr. John Gobernatz, one of the property <br />owners affec~c.~ I~y the project; and <br /> <br /> WIIER EAS, as a part of said negotiation Mr. Gobematz has requested that he be granted <br />a driveway ac,..cs:; onto 153rd Avenue N.W. when said street is constructed and that the City <br />COllStrtlct '~a (t ;. c(;cSS; aBd <br /> <br /> WIiI;REAS, the City Engineer has determined that such an access on 153rd Avenue <br />N.W. will b.,, s~fi~ and will not unreasonably impede the flow of traffic on 153rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEg.
