Council rnc~.~l,c:r DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-08-257 <br /> <br />RESOIAJT~-ON AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PERMANENT <br />AND TEMPOI~ARY EASEMENT BY USE OF MSA §117.011 AND §117.042 <br />FOR IJTII.ITY PURPOSES FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT -~0-14 <br /> <br /> VYHE~,?~F, AS, the City proposes to construct a sanitary sewer and watermain <br />improvemem i~ thc north half of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25 and which project is known <br />as City ln,pm,/--:'~m.znt Project #90-14; and <br /> <br /> Wl Ii~.R L/.~c,, the improvement consists of constructing sanitary sewer and watermains to <br />serve prop¢,'l icg i~ the City which is necessary for the safety and convenience of the residents of <br />the City; 4nd <br /> <br /> WII I~; REAS, permanent easements and temporary construction easements are required <br />over certain l~mds i'or improvement construction; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has the authority to acquire easements for said utilities by eminent <br />domain purst~u ~t t~} Minnesota Statutes § 117; and <br /> <br /> WIIE~I c ~ <br /> l./x,~, the property owners from whom easements are required have been <br />identified by ~h~.; City as follows: <br /> <br />l.t~l 4, Block 4- <br />! ;li~twood Hills <br /> <br />Robert G. & Gayle D.
