Council rnc~.~l,c:r DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-257 RESOIAJT~-ON AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PERMANENT AND TEMPOI~ARY EASEMENT BY USE OF MSA §117.011 AND §117.042 FOR IJTII.ITY PURPOSES FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT -~0-14 VYHE~,?~F, AS, the City proposes to construct a sanitary sewer and watermain improvemem i~ thc north half of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25 and which project is known as City ln,pm,/--:'~m.znt Project #90-14; and Wl Ii~.R L/.~c,, the improvement consists of constructing sanitary sewer and watermains to serve prop¢,'l icg i~ the City which is necessary for the safety and convenience of the residents of the City; 4nd WII I~; REAS, permanent easements and temporary construction easements are required over certain l~mds i'or improvement construction; and WHEREAS, the City has the authority to acquire easements for said utilities by eminent domain purst~u ~t t~} Minnesota Statutes § 117; and WIIE~I c ~ l./x,~, the property owners from whom easements are required have been identified by ~h~.; City as follows: l.t~l 4, Block 4- ! ;li~twood Hills Robert G. & Gayle D.
