Councilmc, nbcc DeLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-258 RESOLIJT]ON ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SI'EC[FICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #90-19 (CEDAR HILLS AI)I)ITI()N), #90-20 (CHESTNUT HILLS ADDITION) AND #90-21 (WINDEMERE WOODS ADDITION) WllE~iiEAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 8th of May, 1990 fixed a date for a Council t~ca'dng on the proposed improvements for Projects #90-19, #00-20 and ~90-21; and WlIEREAS, the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing have passed; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and thc hearing was held thereon on the 12th day of June, 1990, at which time all persons desiring to 1-~¢, bead were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW TIlEREF@RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS1,;¥'~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA; as follows: 1) That su~:h ~mprovements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted thc gth :lay of May, 1990. 2) That Mc. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as thc ~:~gim:er for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the m~king of such improvements.
