Councilmc~;~b,:r t3eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-260 RESOLUTI{)N GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF ARMSTRONG ADDITIO'n[ WIIEREAS, Ray Wojcik, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approwd o~ the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The ,qoml~ Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Cou q [y, Minnesota, EXCEPT the East 60 rods thereof. ANI) WIIEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on June 5, 1990 and table0 s!(cl,:h ~lan review pending revisions providing for future access to Ouflot A; and WI114RE/~S, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on June 13, 1990 and recommcnde~l Ihat land be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WIIlEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on July 3, 1990 and recommer~d{xl 'fmai plat approval; and WI[ i~;lt:lC. AS, the Ramsey City Council met on August 14, 1990 and approved the final plat for Am,slr.,.mg Addition as stipulated in the City Engineer's review of May 29, 1990 and June 26, 1990 vml P:~rk & Recreation Commission review of May 29, 1990. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI,;Y~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th.z (~ity Council hereby grants final plat approval for Armstrong Addition in acco,'da m:c with relevant City Codes.
