Councilmemlq~'~' .')el.,uca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-271 RES()i. iJrI'~)N RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-27 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATEIt' I)'C~R ~IN 25-32-25-31-0003) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted July 24, 1990~ a ~ep~r~ has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with r~;f(';rem:e to extension of City water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer to PIN 25-32-25- 31 -(~03 (lm!m~v~,ment Project #90-27); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on August 28, 1990, whicl~ rep(~ i~ indicates the following: Esiimated total cost of project $ l ~'.siimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) $ [';siimated annual assessment per unit 10 year term $ 73,000.00 114,772.00 17,881.41 NOW T}IER~,;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAI/IS}~;'*', ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai ~h,; l~amsey City Council will consider the improvements of overlaying of such streets in ac:c:o3'ctance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the c:(,st of' the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of t}~c: i',nl¢?Ovement of $73,000.00. 2) Tt~ai a l:.ublic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day of SeptemiCer.. 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. an d i t:c.
