Councilmcmb~:~' l.:~cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-08-273 <br /> <br />RESOLI[JTI(}N ADOPTING 1990 BUDGET AMENDMENT #10 FOR TRAINING <br />AND SCI!()OI,ING FOR THE LEAGUE OF MINNESOTA CITIES 1990 <br />ANNUAL CONFERENCE <br /> <br /> WIB!;REAS, the Ramsey City Council, at the May 8, 1990 meeting, approved <br />expenditures nec,:ssary to cover the cost of Councilmembers Stephen F. DeLuca, Alan Pearson <br />and Kenne~ h Pctcrson and City Administrator David Hartley to attend the League of Minnesota <br />Cities 1990 Anntml Conference in Duluth, Minnesota from June 12 through June 15, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WIi[I,;kEAS~ City Administrator David Hartley, at the Ramsey City Council meeting on <br />May 8, 1990, m>t,:,d that there would be a budget amendment necessary to cover the expenditures <br />for the afore:mentioned conference and that a budget amendment would be prepared when all <br />expenditures had I~cen received; and <br /> <br /> WI [ V, REAS~ Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and Peterson and City Administrator <br />Hartley incmrcd expenses from attendance of the League of Minnesota Cities 1990 Annual <br />Conference a ~I ali expenditures have now been received; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this budget amendment increases the 1990 budget for Conferences, <br />Training and Schools by thc amount of $617.45, increases the Administration (#1130) - <br />Conferencc:~, '[¥aining and Schools by the amount of $579.48, and decreases Expenditure Reserve <br />(#8920) by ~hc amount of $1,196.93 tO cover the aforementioned expenditure; and <br /> <br /> WIIEI~:EAS~ this budget amendment does not increase nor decrease the City's 1990 <br />General Fu~d l t ttdget. <br /> <br />NOW THt,;I{~;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE¥~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Tha~ d~c 15nance Officer of the City of Ramsey is hereby instructed to enter 1990 Budget <br />Amcmhncnt #10 into the city of Ramsey's financial systems to cause the budget <br />amemh-ncrtt detailed in this resolution to be reflected in the City's financial records. <br /> <br />The motion to:,' the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson and ~po~ vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />M::tyor ] ~ eitl~ann <br />Cou n~ :i [member DeLuca <br />Cc}un, 51 member Pearson <br />C(,umSimember Cich <br />Coun~:iln~cn~bcr Peterson <br /> <br />and the foJlowh tg '..,()ted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the fo~lk~wn ~,, tfl')stained: <br /> <br />N(,nc <br /> <br /> <br />
