Cotinciln te~N',r DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-08-275 <br /> <br />RESOL~'Yfi(}N AUTHORIZING QUOTATIONS TO BE SOLICITED FOR THE <br />PURCItASE t)~:c A VEHICLE FOR THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the newly formed Engineering Department will require a vehicle to <br />mmsport cngi~c(Mng personnel and equipment; and <br /> <br /> WI}E~<F..'iS, funds have been allocated within the 1990 budget for the purchase of such <br />a vehicle. <br /> <br />NOW THEI{Ei¥()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEV~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Thai thc City Engineer be authorized to solicit quotations for the purchase of a vehicle for <br />use b,/~hc Engineering Department. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Tha1 ?he: w:hicle shall meet the following n'finimum specifications: <br /> Wl~eelbase- 114" <br /> Overall length - 211" <br /> Width .-75" <br /> :lYt3c:k cargo space - 20.5 cu. ft. <br /> M~nt~al air conditioning <br /> A t~tomatic overdrive transmission <br /> bteat window defroster <br /> ! teary duty battery <br /> ~;n;~,,ine block immersion heater <br /> <br />The motion lc, thc adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson aud ~}-,m vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the followit~g voted against the stone: <br /> <br />Non(; <br /> <br />and the followiW, abstained: <br /> <br />and the followictg voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
