(IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #88-27 TRUNK STORM SEWER EXTENSION) WI1E REAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 11, I ~ 1989; ano WIt.IEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #89-10 awarding the bid to EJM Pipe Services, Inc. for the construction of Trunk Storm Sewer Extension; and WHE!¢:EAS~ City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended fin~l payment to EJM Pipe Services, Inc. in the amount of $8,407.54. NOW T}IEI~ ~c~3t>[, ~, ,.~,,,,,~., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSIi;V~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai ~h.: City Council hereby authorizes final payment to EJM Pipe Services, Inc. for the constm,';fion of Trunk Storm Sewer Extension in the amount of $8,407.54. 2) That 1t',: City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release fom~ "~,- ti:, is final payment. 3) Tha~ lh~: m~ount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #90-08-269 approving paym(mt o!' bills for the month of August, 1990. 4) That thc ~:~ ty of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
