Councilmcmbe? I)cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-278 RESOLIJT~ON APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR BAUERLY BROTHERS, INC. (IMPRI)VEMENT PROJECTS #90-'7, 8 AND 9) WH EF~EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved these projects on May 22, 1990; WIII~;REAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for the bituminous overlays in Autumn Heights Addition (Improvemer~t Project #90-7), Woodland Green Addition (Improvement Project #90-8), and halls Dover Acrc~ Addi tit)n (Improvement Project it~)0-9); and WH E~IEAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommer~dc~l fi md payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of 115,308.90. NOW TtlEREI?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That 11-,: Cily Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for the co_..~sism:tion of Improvement Projects g90-7, 8 and 9 in the amount of $115,308.90. 2) 'l'h at th{: ( '.i ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form 1:(>~' i:h~s final payment. 3) Thru ~:h,.: t(,tal amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #90-08-269 approvi,~g ~myment of the bills for the month of August, 1990. 4) That tht:( '.i.~y of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
