I)cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-08-278 <br /> <br />RESOLIJT~ON APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR BAUERLY BROTHERS, <br />INC. (IMPRI)VEMENT PROJECTS #90-'7, 8 AND 9) <br /> <br /> WH EF~EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved these projects on May <br />22, 1990; <br /> <br /> WIII~;REAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the <br />bid to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for the bituminous overlays in Autumn Heights Addition <br />(Improvemer~t Project #90-7), Woodland Green Addition (Improvement Project #90-8), and halls <br />Dover Acrc~ Addi tit)n (Improvement Project it~)0-9); and <br /> <br /> WH E~IEAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />recommer~dc~l fi md payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of 115,308.90. <br /> <br />NOW TtlEREI?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That 11-,: Cily Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for the <br />co_..~sism:tion of Improvement Projects g90-7, 8 and 9 in the amount of $115,308.90. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />'l'h at th{: ( '.i ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />form 1:(>~' i:h~s final payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Thru ~:h,.: t(,tal amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #90-08-269 <br />approvi,~g ~myment of the bills for the month of August, 1990. <br /> <br />4) That tht:( '.i.~y of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion fo~ th~: adoption of' the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson m~d up,'m vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the followir~i,, voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the followir~g v bstained: <br /> <br />Non~. <br /> <br />and the follo-~,it'~g were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
