Councilmemi)e. t' DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-279 RESOL~_J'I~ON APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR BITUMINOUS NC. (IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #90-2, 3, 4, AND 6) R()ADWA~.~S, ~' ~ WItI';REAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved these projects on May 22, 1990; a~M WI-~_EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bitnmi n,>tts Roadways, Inc. for street sealcoating of Rolling Green Addition (Improvement Project ~J()- 2), Rarasey Terrace Addition (Improvement Project #90-3), Magnesium Street N.W. (hnprove~ncr,[ i't'c~icct #90-4) and Dysprosium So:eet N.W. (Improvement Project g90-6); and WHI~&L~x,~, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended 5im~l payment to Bituminous Roadways, Inc. in the amount of $19,195.84. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSF.¥~, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai ~h;:: City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bituminous Roadways, Inc. for th~; (:on:q~'uction of hnprovement Projects #90-2, 3, 4 and 6 in the amount of $19,195.84. 2) Tt;m linc City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release fo}m ~'~' th is final payment. 3) That ih:: to~al amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #90-08-269 appmvi ~,; payment of the bills for the month of August, 1990. 4) Thai th~:. < ~'.i ty of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
