Councihnoml~c,~ I)cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-281 RES()I, UTII)N APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR ANNANDALE CONTRAI~T~TNG, INC. (IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #87-27 AND #89-14) WI} EIlEAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 24, 1990; and WHI~;IIE/~S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Annandalc Contracting, Inc. for the construction of Juniper Woods Addition and Waco Street N.W~:. and W I! g R E A S, t he City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommer~d~xl I~arl iai payment to Annandale Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $30,432.14. NOW TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAIVlSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc' ('5 ty Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Kadlec Excavating of Mora, Inc. for th{: con struction of hnprovement Project #89-13 in the amount of $30,432.14. 2) Th m thc (5 ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form lo:~' this pm'tiM payment. 3) That lh{; total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #90-08-269 approvi:~g payment of the bills for the month of August, 1990. 4) Thai thc C. ity of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
