RESOLUTION #90-08-282 RES()L'~JTI{)N APPROVING (IMPR(}VEMI,';NT PROJECT DEVEL¢)PM 1~.; ~.~T) FINAL PAY FOR BUCK BLACKTOP, INC. #89-1 RIVER'S BEND PARK - SOUTH WlllEi~_}SAS~ pursuant to an advertisement for bids, bids were received, opened and tabulated ac:cordi ng to law, bids were received by City Council Resolution #89-04-69 on April 11, 1989; and WIt~;I:: [,;~S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 13, 1989; a~d V~/HEi¢I,;AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #89-06-132 awarding the c, tort'act to Buck Blacktop, Inc. for the improvements at River's Bend Park; and WJI[,ii<E/~S, the City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended !'i m~l payment to Buck Blacktop, Inc. in the amount of $17,942.42. NOW TIII~I{~gFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI~V~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai thc (~,ity Council hereby authorizes final payment to Buck Blacktop, Inc. for the improwzments at River's Bend Park (Improvement Project #89-1) in the amount of $17,94 Z.42. 2) Thai !he City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release foc th i.% J'D-tal payment.
