BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD #116 AND ITS CUL- <br />DE-SAC 'IERMINUS) <br /> <br /> WI i1,;REAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City <br />Council ha~; met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the <br />following sm :,~:~ sealcoating improvement: <br /> <br />a) M~gncsium Street N.W. between County Road #116 and its cul-de-sac terminus <br /> <br />NOW T~IEi~.Ei~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSN'¥., ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Thai :',tt,zh proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br />is he, felly accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named <br />thcrc;n :l/~c/each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the <br />proposr..d in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Thai :;,,:;i~ ;tssessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period <br />of t[ircc 3, cars, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in <br />Jammry', 1'-~91 and shall beat' interest at the rate of 8.5 per cent annum from the date of the <br />adt~pti{m o[' this assessment resolution. To the fn:st installment shall be added interest on <br />thc ch lice ;tssessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1990. To each <br />subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid <br /> <br />.3) <br /> <br />Tk~at Iht owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br />as,~;cs,';n~cni' to the Anoka County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such <br />property~ with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Finance Department, <br />exccgt th;~t u~o interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from <br />th{; ariel,iOn of this resolution; and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City Finance <br />Dcpmtl: ~c~¢t the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to <br />l)ec~_~-~t~cr 31 of the year in which such payment is made.
