Councilme~nbcr Ci~;h introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-09-310 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PERSONNEL COMMITTEE'S SEPTEMBER 6, <br />1990 MEETING RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING CHANGE IN EMPLOYEE <br />STATUS AND/OR COMPENSATION <br /> <br /> WIII~;REAS, the Personnel Committee of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota met on <br />September' (~, 199t~ to review the recommendations of the City Administrator for changes in status <br />and/or com?n::;ation increases for Mark Boos, Dan Bray and James Gromberg; and <br /> <br />the Personnel Committee recommends the following: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br /> Boos, Parks/Utilities Coordinator in salary grade 4, increase to $28,304 <br />mmually per the terms of the AFSCME contract for anniversary of position and a <br />:qatis~'actory performance appraisal, effective 8/25/90; and <br /> <br />~) <br /> <br /> Bray, Building Maintenance Worker in salary grade 1, increase to $16,173 <br />a~mually per the terms of the AFSCME contract for one year in position and a <br /> ~'actory performance appraisal, effective 8/27/90; and <br /> <br />!ar, rcs Gromberg, Project Manager in salary grade 3, increase to $24,529 annually <br />per the terms of the AFSCME contract for anniversary of position and a satisfactory <br />i~{~rfonnance appraisal, effective 8/25/90. <br /> <br />NOW TIIERI,iI[,'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That thc rct:ommendations of the Personnel Committee are accepted and approved and that <br />Kay M~Aloaey, Personnel Coordinator, be instructed to initiate the paperwork to make <br />appmi~ri~lt; changes and forward same to the Finance Officer. <br /> <br />The motion fo~' th~'~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />DeLuca and t,~l~m vote being take thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the follo,a.,i~_~g voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following?, ~bstained: <br /> <br />and the followi~ g ,.yore absent: <br /> <br />whereupo~t ,~;a i~l m:~olution was declared duly passed and adop½ed by the Rams~y~ity Council this <br />the 10th daY °f :q~l'tenlbcr' 1990' ,_///? ~/~ <br /> ~'May°r C~ ' <br />ATTEST:' ? <br /> <br />City Admini~;t <br /> <br /> <br />
