NOW TIII,;REI~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai thc C)ty Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc. for lhe ballfield construction in the amount of $36,558.00.the Mayor or City A6mi~ fi?,trai:or to sign the release for this partial payment. 2) That t~(: ( '.ity Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release for tl,is ~ ar,~,d payment. 3) That thc total amount of this partial payment is not included in the resolution approving payn toni of bills for the month of September, 1990. 4-) Th;, thc ( ~i! y of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
