Councilmeml)c~ tSeLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-09-315 RES()LIJT1ON APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO AERO ASPHALT, INC. FOR IMPiq. OVEMENT PROJECTS #90-10 AND #90-12 WII~ERt,;AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 21, 1990; m~d WIt~f;I,I. EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Aero ,~ sI & a~t, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Projects #90-10 and #90-12; and WItERI~;?~S, the Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. teton m-~en, lcd partial payment to Aero Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $53,921.34. NOW TtlE~itEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FO THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That ~h,; Cky Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Aero Asphalt, Inc, for the co?~ s~.~ re:lion of Improvement Projects #90-10 and ~q00-12 in the amount of $53,921.34. 2) Thai thc Ciiy Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release fo~ m it', '._his pm'rial payment. 3) That thc tc, tal amount of this partial payment is not included in the resolution approving payn~cnt of the })ills for the month of September, 1990. 4) Th at t~m t lity of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
