Councihnembcr DeLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-09-323 <br /> <br />RESOLUTI{}N APPROVING PAYMENT FOR LAND <br />TO BERNARD WURM, AN OWNER OF PROPERTY <br />CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-4 <br /> <br />ACQUISITION DAMAGES <br />ON 153RD AVENUE N.W., <br /> <br /> Wll I~;RI,;AS, the City has authorized acquisition of right-of-way for the construction of <br />the extensioa o~~ 153rd Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WIll I~;]~tlEAS, the City has retained the services of William A. Schwab as an appraiser, <br />and Mr. S,;h wal, h as completed his appraisal work and initially appraised the damages to the Wurm <br />property at ST,(IO0,O0; and <br /> <br /> WII~'.REAS, William Schwab, the City Attorney and City Engineer have reconsidered <br />Mr. Schwab's initial appraisal as to Project Parcel No. 6, owned by Mr. Bernard Wurm, and have <br />concluded tl~at a fak settlement is $10,000.00. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFO.
