GRAVES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, FOR PROPERTY TAKEN FOR THE SEWER AND WATER EXTENSION TO RIVLYN AVENUE N,W, W t I ~_: R E A S, the City has authorized acquisition of right-of-way for the construction of the extensi~m of Rivlyn Avenue and sewer service along Rivlyn Avenue N.W., all for City Improvement l'~vj,:,ct #89-13; and W ti ~,R E?~ S, the City Engineer has negotiated a settlement with landowners Louis N. and Thelma [ ,. (-;r~ves, and which proposed settlement is $2,270.00. NOW T~IERF, FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, COUNTY (IF /,~NOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc ~;mance Officer is directed to issue a check to Louis N. and Thelma L. Graves, husband a~d wife, owners of Parcel No. 2 of City Improvement Project #89-13 in the an-,Ollil{ {~f $2,270.00. 2) That thc C~ty Attorney is directed to deliver said check upon receipt by him of the proper title ~ransl'c.r documents from the landowner, including mortgagees release documents if he deem cs; tm; :~ame are necessary.
