Councihnc'n ~bc'~c I)eLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-10-326 <br /> <br />RESOLIJT~ON APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR GMH ASPHALT <br />CORPOllAT[ON (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-22) <br /> <br /> WtI~RI~;/~S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on July 10, <br />1990; and <br /> <br /> W HEll EA S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the <br />bid to GMI l Asph;dt Corp. for City Hall Parking Lot (Improvement Project #90-22); and <br /> <br /> W llEltl,;AS, Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Inc. recomn~em!cd patlial payment to GMH Asphalt Corp. in the amount of $32,245.88. <br /> <br />NOW THIqtl;;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSI4¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Thai thc City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to GMH Asphalt Corp. for the <br />consi~ uctic}~ of Improvement Project #00-22 in the amount of $32,245.88. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Th att tfn.' ti'.ity Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />from f~,r iris partial payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Tha~ thc total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #90-10-324 <br />appr(~vi~t,, i,ayment of the bills for the month of October, 1990. <br /> <br />4) That ti~: Ciiy of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The mol ion f<>r lb;.: adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson m-,d uptm vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the tbllowi~g voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the tbliowinp, abstained: <br /> <br />Noilc <br /> <br />and the fo]lowing!!. ,.,ere absent: <br /> <br />Co~lncih~lc~ ol~r Cich <br /> <br /> <br />
