Councihncn~b{.:~' l'{..terson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-10-327 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIIqCATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-27 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FOR PIN: 25-32-25-31-0003) W IlER EAS, a resolution of the City council adopted the 28th of August, 1990 fixed a date for a C(..,m~.Sl hearing on the proposed improvements for Project #90-27; and WItEREAS, the project was petitioned by 100% of the property owners to be assessed and does ~ol n'xtube a 60 day waiting period following the public hearing; and W tIER EA S, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and thc hearing was held thereon on the 9th day of October, 1990 at which time all persons desiring to b~ heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW TIIIqREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That sm:h improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 28th da~/of August, 1990. 2) Thai IVh. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the: engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the m~king ot-~;uch improvements upon receipt by the City of cash escrow to cover the cost of prc:pannirm of the plans and specifications.
