Councilmcmi×'.r Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-10-332 <br /> <br />RESOLIJ'I'~'I~N GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE RECORDING TIME <br />FRAME FOI¢ AI,ICIA ADDITION <br /> <br /> WI[I~;RI,;AS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #89-08-229 granting final plat <br />approval to A lida Addition on August 22, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WIIEI~EAS, Ramsey City Code 1780.0310C RECORDING states that failure to file the <br />plat within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding the <br />plat; and <br /> <br /> WIIlI~;REAS, at the request of the developer, the Ramsey City Council adopted <br />Resolution #~9. t ! -315 on November 28, 1989 granting an extension to the recording time frame <br />for Alicia A&ti. iiott to June 30, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, at the request of the developer, the Ramsey City Council adopted <br />Resolution ~t0-()(i,-164 on June 12, t990 granting an extension to the recording time frame for <br />Alicia Ad(litit,~ to September l, 1990; and <br /> <br /> 'WIlI~;I{E/~S, the City received a letter from Thomas Opsahl, developer of Alicia <br />Addition on :~;eptcmber 25, 1990, requesting an extension to the recording time frame for Alicia <br />Addition to al low ~nore time to secure financing. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSI,;Y~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA; as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Thru tim P. amsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time frame for <br />Alicia Addition to December 1, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion f(>~' ~ht~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson and t.,l).,.m ,,ore being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the followi~g, c>tcd against the same: <br /> <br />N©l]C <br /> <br />and the folio>wi r~ gabs! ai ned: <br /> <br />and the followJr~?. ,-et:re absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
