(IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-13) WI[Eitl,;AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 22, 1990; and Will ER E/,S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Kadlcc f:,xcavating of Mora, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and stax;ts for Rivlyn Avenue N.W. and Tungsten Street N.W.; and Wl[l~;Itl,;/xS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recornmer~&:d t'm'~ ial payment to Kadlec Excavating of Mora, inc. in the amount of $6,181.27. NOW TIIEREI,'ORE, liE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) that ~hc City Council hereby authorizes partial payment for to Kadlec Excavating of Mora, Inc. -i'(w thc construction of Improvement Project #89-13 in the amount of $6,181.27. 2) that Iht ('.ii y Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release fom~ ~b, ~his pm'rial payment. 3) Tha'i ~h,; total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #90-10-329 apim),/i:b~ payment of the bills for the month of October, 1990. 4) Thai ti~c (5 ~y of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
