Councilmcm'imr Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-10-334 RES()L1JTi~:aN APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR WATER, IN(,.2 (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-15) VOLK SEWER & WII!E~f. lq?~S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 15, 1990; m~d WI] EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Volk Sewer & Water, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #89-15; and W I ~ I~;RI,;AS, the Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. reconm~cnded partial payment to Volk Sewer & Water, Inc. in the amount of $32,848.88. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEV~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That Ibc City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Volk Sewer & Water, Inc. for ttm cons:m~ction of' Improvement Project #8%15 in the amount of $32,848.88. 2) That ti~e C.ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form ~'o'~' this partial payment. 3) That th,: total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution g90-10-329 appro,eiag payment of the bills for the month of October, 1990. 4) "l'ha~ thc~ ~ ~ity of' Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
