Councihncm}~;' Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ,990-10-335 <br /> <br />RESOLIJ'~-I¢I,N APl'ROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR AERO ASPHALT, INC. <br />(IMPROVEM[,;NT PROJECTS #90-10 AND #90-12) <br /> <br /> WHI;;iIiqAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August <br />21, 1990; and <br /> <br /> Wll I~;Ii}~;AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the <br />bid to Acre ;a si~hait, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Projects #90-10 and #90-12; and <br /> <br /> Wll fi;IiE/~S, thc Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Inc. recommendcd~ partial payment to Aero Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $6,159.42. <br /> <br />NOW TtlE~i:b;ItORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSt4¥~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Thai ,h,: (:i~y Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Aero Asphalt, Inc. for the <br />co~stt't~t:tit}n of Improvement Projects #90-10 and #90-12 in the amount of $6,159.42. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That thc (~ity Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />form i'o? ~his partial payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Thai ih,; iotal amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution b":)0-10-329 <br />appmvi~jl payment of the bills for the month of October, 1990. <br /> <br />4) Thru thc ¢.5 iy of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion f~}~ th¢; adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson and t:[>~ m vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and lite follo,~,,i[~g voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the followi~tg ~bstained: <br /> <br />Nol/t: <br /> <br />and the follo~virtp: ,,.yin'c: absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
