SYPNIESKI AND JUDITH A. SYPNIESKI, OWNERS OF <br />PROI'EI~tTV Oi:4 153RD AVENUE N .W., CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89- <br />4 <br /> <br /> WH ERI,;AS, the City has authorized acquisition of right-of-way for the construction of <br />tile extensio,~ ~? 153rd Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WI~ER}';AS, the property address is 15231 Hematite Street N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />and PIN: 22~ 32. 25-314)020; and <br /> <br /> WII~[;;il EAS, the City's Appraiser has negotiated a settlement with the Sypnieskis in the <br />amount of $ 3,20()~00, all of which has previously been paid to the Sypnieskis; and <br /> <br /> WIIf;ItE/~S, tile City Attorney is now recommending an additional $175.00 payment to <br />the Sypnicsk is which the City Attorney advises is a fair and reasonable settlement because since the <br />original al~pC:tis~d, ~n additional tree has been identified which will be lost as a result of the right- <br />of-way acqt!isil <br /> <br />NOW TIIER},;I,'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Tha! Ibc. City's Finance Officer is directed to issue a check to William J. Sypnieski and <br />Judith A. ~'~y puieski in the amount of $175.00 for additional damages to Project Parcel No. <br />10 of !n qw:wement Project #89-4. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That 1~','.
