Councilmen ~x~' Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-10-342 <br /> <br />RES()I,IJ'/~ION AI'PROVIN(¢ PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-29) <br /> <br /> WII~AIEAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council, Hakanson <br />Anderson has prcl tared contract documents and specifications for improvements at River's Bend <br />Park and tins presc ~ted such contract documents and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />NOW TIIER},;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That :;,::h contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />tlladtl ii [)iii[ hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Thai thc City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and <br />in th~: Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />improw:ment under such approved contract documents and specifications. The <br />adver iscment shall be published for ten (10) days, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />sta t¢'~ thai bids will be publicly received by the City Administrator at which time they will be <br />publicly o!~ened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center by the City <br />Admini:-m'ator and City Engineer, will then be tabulated and will be considered by the <br />Ramscy (Ii ty Council.
