(IMPROVEMENT <br />PARK BA[,~,FIELDS) <br /> <br /> FOR MATT BULLOCK <br />PROJECT #90-26 CENTRAL <br /> <br /> WOER~;/,.~;, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August <br />29, 1990; a~d <br /> <br /> W!IERF, AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-08-287 <br />awarding the bid ~:o Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc. for the construction of the Central Park <br />Ballfields; at~rt <br /> <br /> WtlER EAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final <br />payment t,~ M;m P;-ullock Contracting Co., Inc. in the amount of $44,682.92. <br /> <br />NOW TtIi,;I;IEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That irc City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., <br />Inc.
