(IMPROVEMI,~NT PROJECTS #90-10 AND #90-12) WHEI{I,',AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 21, 1990; ~ncl W}~Etq. EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Aero l\sph;dt, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Projects #90-10- and #90-12. WIH,;I~EAS, the Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. reco~ m ncndcd final payment to Aero Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $5,447.14. NOW T]IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai: ~hu City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Aero Asphalt, Inc. for the con ~:t rucli~ m of Improvement Projects #90-10 and #90-12 in the amount of $5,447.14. 2) Th;~,: thc ~2Jty Council hereby authorizes final payment to Aero Asphalt, Inc. for the con~,,trt~cdrm of improvement Projects #90-10 and #90-12 in the amount of $5,447.14. 2) Thru rh,: (:;ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release forn~ t't;.,' Il,is final payment. 3) Thai ~hc total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #90-11-344 approving payment of the bills for the month of November, 1990. 4) That lhu City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
