Councihncmb,:r Pcterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-11-354 RESOLUTiON APPROVING PERSONNEL COMMITTEE'S NOVEMBER 8, 1990 MEETING RI~;COMMENDATIONS REGARDING CHANGE IN EMPLOYEE STATU~; ?~ND/OR COMPENSATION WI~i,~;R~Y;AS, the Personnel Committee of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota met on NovcmbcF ~i. i 991} to review the recommendations of the City Administrator and Staff for changes in status ~q~d/cn c{,mpcnsation for Colleen Rybak, Bruce Bacon and Jo Ann Thieling; and W1 lek EAS, the Personnel Committee recommends the following: ('ctlcen Rybak, full-time regular Secretary in salary grade 1, increase to $16,982 annually per d~; i. crms of the AFSCME contract for anniversary of position and a satisfactory performanc{: al, pr:tisal, effective November 3, 1990; and 2) ~4~ tee Bacon, part-time regular Environmental Specialist in salary grade 2, increase to $21,352 an~ua/ly ($10.27 per hour) per the terms of the AFSCME contract for 2,080 hours reached ir~ posiiio~ and a satisfactory performance appraisal, effective November 3, 1990; and 3) .lc, Ann Thieling, full-time regular employee, promoted to Recording Secretary in salary grade 2, increase to $17,790 annually with new anniversary of position and a satisfactory performat~cr: a ppr~fisal, effective November 9, 1990.
