Counci lmcJr, b;'~F f'ctcrson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-11-355 <br /> <br />RESOI,UTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE SITE PLAN FOR LOT 1, <br />BLOCK !, RIVER'S BEND 3RD ADDITION <br /> <br /> WI~F,I~.EAS, on March 14, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved Clayton Berg's <br />site plan ~{~' ~, two-story 4,060 square foot structure on the property at 14101 and 14103 St. <br />Francis Bottlo.,'ar~[ N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Thc no?thcrly 13 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, of River's Bend Plaza Addition and Lot 1, Block 1 <br />ofR ivcF's Bend Plaza 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WIH,;RE.,kS, on November 28, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved Clayton <br />Berg's an-~c~,l,:d site plan for a one-story versus a two-story structure; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, on November 16, 1990, the City of Ramsey received a written request <br />from Clayt,)~ BcFg for an extension to the execution of the site plan development permit and <br />constructio~ .~)f thc improvements; and <br /> <br /> W/Ilt;R EAS, performance standards for this type of development have not changed for <br />this distFict si,'}~:<, ;;ite plan approval. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEi{t;ACORE, Big IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSI,;V~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That ~hc >;ite, plan development permit should be signed by the applicant as of November, <br />27, i'990. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Tl~a~ I t~{.': t'i rmncial guarantees required for the development shall be deposited with the City <br />on o~' ~c, fi~.,e May 31, 1991. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That thc.
