Councilmc~ t~bcr t'eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-11-357 RES()LI/i'i(3N RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY ()N IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-01 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FROM R35-32-25-31-0008 TO THE EASTERN CITY BOUNDA i?,Y) WIIEI¢EAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the improvcmc~t o;' water and sewer extension from R35-32-25-31-0008 to the Eastern City boundary.; a.n~l Will I~;It'I~;AS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of lawful :;igmt',~ m's of affected property owners; and WII~I~;RI:;AS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City Charter amt Minmsota Statutes concerning local improvements. NOW TIIEREI,'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI,;'V, ,\NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That :,,. ccr~:ain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the the improvement of water and ~.ewer extension from R35-32-25-31-0008 to the eastern City boundary has been filed vviih ~he City Council on November 27, 1990. The petition is hereby declared to be signc, d by the required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in cor, fi~nfity to City of Ramsey Ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. 2) Th al thc. pc tition is hereby referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Corn',oil i~ a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to thc: cost of the project to each affected property owner.
