Cooncilmctobcr Pcterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-11-363 RES()LtJ'I'I()N Al'PROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO INLAND UTILITY CONSTRIJCTgON (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-30) WIlli;N. EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 17, 1990; an~t WIH,;REAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Inland [!fility Construction for the construction of Improvement Project #90-30; and WIIEi~_EAS, Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. reconm ~tm~tcd final payment to Inland Utility Construction in the amount of $2,668.19. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI,;Y.~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) Th al th~ (~ity Council hereby authorizes final payment to Inland Utility Construction for the constJ t~,;I ion of hnprovement Project//90-30 in the amount of $2,668.19. 2) Th al th c City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form f()~' this final payment. 3) That ~h<z ~otal amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #90-11-352 approvi~g payment of the bills for the month of November, 1990. 4) Thai thc: l ',iry of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
