Cooncilmctobcr Pcterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-11-363 <br /> <br />RES()LtJ'I'I()N Al'PROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO INLAND UTILITY <br />CONSTRIJCTgON (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-30) <br /> <br /> WIlli;N.
