[IAUSER ADDITION WI ll,;REAS~ the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-03-082 granting final plat approwd ~ t [:msc. r Addition on March 27, 1990; and W I ! l,; ~¢ [,;,:~.S~ Ramsey City Code 170.0310C RECORDING states that failure to file the plat within 12(1 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding the plat; and W!II,;~4b;AS, the City received a letter from Jon R. Albinson, developer of Hauser Addition ot~ July 5, 1990 stating that Hauser Addition is predicated on the sale of a parcel for development of a liquor store and there have been time delays in negotiating a development permit for that facili!y; Vt/IIEI;:.I;AS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #90-07-211 granting an extension to ibc ~'ccording time frame for Hauser Addition to November 26, 1990; and W ll I~;R E/~,S, the City received a letter dated November 20, 1990 from Jon R. Albinson, developer o~' I lat~'~;er Addition requesting an extension to record the final plat of Hauser Addition because o; l)r<>l:,l,:~ [~s encountered in determining marketable title. NOW TIIEREF()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSET~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai 1},~ R;unsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time frame for 1 bu.~;cr &ddition to June 3, 1991.
