(IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-13) WIiI4,/:I,;/\S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 22, 1990; and WIiEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Kadlcc l ixcavating of Mora, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and s~I'cct% .ior Rivlyn Avenue N.W. and Tungsten Street N.W.; and Win ElitI,;AS, Consulting Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. reconl~ w.n<l,.:d final payment to Kadlec Excavating of Mora, Inc. in the amount of $7,913.03. NOW TIlE.lq'&;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEV, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai ~h{; C, ity Council hereby authorizes final payment to Kadlec Excavating of Mora, Inc. for tho ,:o~ Smlction of Improvement Project #89-13 in the amount of $7,913.03. 2) Th at thc ( ;i ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release fo?~ ','o? ih is final payment. 3) That IbC; t;)tal amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #90-12-377 ap[)uovi~i~?, l)ayment of the bills for the month of December, 1990. 4) q'hat tl ~c ~; ty of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
