Cou ncilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-02-033 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON THE SEALCOATING OF FOREST HIDEAWAY ADDITION WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: a) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. and 159th Lane N.W. b) Iguana Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. and 159th Lane N.W. c) 159th Lane N.W. between Kangaroo Street N.W. and its cul-de-sac terminus. d) 160th Avenue N.W. between Kangaroo Street N.W. and the Western Boundary of Forest Hideaway Plat. WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 4.60 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with ail convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) That above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #91-05. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councihnember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Cou ncilmem ber Cich Cmmcilmember Ha'din Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
