Cotmcilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-02-034 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />REPORT ON <br />ADDITION <br /> <br />ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY <br />THE SEALCOATING OF WOODLAWN ESTATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Marmoset Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. and the Northern <br />Boundary of Woodlawn Estates Plat. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />164th Circle N.W. between Marmoset Street N.W. and its cul-de-sac <br />terminus. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />164th Lane N.W. between Marmoset Street N.W. and Okapi Street <br />N.W. <br /> <br />d) 164th Avenue N.W. between Okapi Street N.W. and the Western <br /> Boundary of Woodlawn Estates Plat. <br /> <br />e) Okapi Street N.W. between 164th Lane N.W. and 163rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />f) 163rd Avenue N.W. between Okapi Street N.W. and the Eastern <br /> Boundary of Woodlawn Estates Plat. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 4.60 of the City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />I~ollows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, <br />and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br />proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected <br />property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be <br />best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement th'oject <br />#91-06. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Cotmcilmeinber Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councihnember Peterson <br />Cou ncihnember Cich <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br /> <br />
