Councilmember Petcrson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-02-035 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON THE SEALCOATING OF PARTS OF SECTION 11 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: a) 169th Lane N.W. between Sodium Street N.W. and the Western Boundary of Section 11. b) Sodium Street N.W. between 168th Lane N.W. and 167th Avenue N.W. c) Radium Street N.W. between 169th Lane N.W. and 167th Avenue N.W. d) Quicksilver Street N.W. between 168th Avenue N.W. and 167th Avenue e) 168th Lane N.W. between Radium Street N.W. and St. Francis Boulevard N.W. 168th Avenue N.W. between Quicksilver Street N.W. and St. Francis Boulevard N.W. WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 4.60 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. That above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #91-07.
