Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-02-036 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON THE SEALCOATING OF NORTHFORK ADDITION WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: Andfie Street N.W. between 164th Lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. b) Driscoll Circle N.W. between 164th Lane N.W. and its cul-de-sac temfinus. c) Fortmann Circle N.W. between 164th Lane N.W. and its cul-de-sac terminus. d) Halas Circle N.W. between 164th Lane N.W. and its cul-de-sac terminus. e) 164th Lane N.W. between Andrie Street N.W. and the Western Boundary of Northfork Plat. WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 4.60 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and tie is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be clone as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) That above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #91-08. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Cich Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: None
