Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91.02-037 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT ON THE SEALCOATING OF M. S. A. STREETS FOR 1991 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: <br /> <br />a) 149th Avenue N.W. between State Highway #47 and Waco Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 167th Avenue N.W. between State Highway #47 and County Road #5. <br /> <br />c) 153rd Avenue N.W. between Puma Street N.W. and U.S. Highway #10. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for ali or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 4.60 of the City Code. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, <br />and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br />proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected <br />property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be <br />best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project <br />#91-09. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councihnember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />NOlle <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />NOlle <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
