Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91.02-037 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON THE SEALCOATING OF M. S. A. STREETS FOR 1991 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: a) 149th Avenue N.W. between State Highway #47 and Waco Street N.W. b) 167th Avenue N.W. between State Highway #47 and County Road #5. c) 153rd Avenue N.W. between Puma Street N.W. and U.S. Highway #10. WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for ali or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 4.60 of the City Code. NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) That above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #91-09. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councihnember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Cich Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: NOlle and the following abstained: NOlle and the following were absent: None
