Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-02-045 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-04 (SEALCOATING REILLEY ESTATES <br />1ST, 2ND & 3RD ADDITIONS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 22, <br />1991, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Sealcoating Improvement Project g91-04 (Reilley Estates 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Additions); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 27, <br />1991, which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual propdrty cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br />3 year term <br /> <br />$17,026.00 <br /> <br /> $160.62 <br /> <br /> $61.58 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such <br />streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an <br />estimated total cost of $17,026.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 26th day of <br />March, 1991 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Pcterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
