Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-02-049 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-08 (SEALCOATING NORTHFORK 1ST, 2ND, & 4TH ADDITIONS) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 22, 1.991, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Sealcoating Improvement Project ~ 1-08 (Northfork 1st, 2nd, & 4th Additions); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 27, 1991, which report indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) Estimated annual assessment per unit 3 year term $27,449.00 $00.00 $00.00 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assess the Developer for all of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of $27,449.00. 2) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in City Council Resolution adopted on 22nd day of January, 1991. 3) That Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilrnember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Council member Hardin Councilmember Cich and the following voted against the same: Nolle and the following abstained: None
