Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-03-055 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO FLINTWOOD HILLS <br />5TH ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developers of Flintwood Hills Planned Unit Development have <br />requested final plat approval of another phase, Flintwood Hills 5th Addition, of the Flintwood Hill <br />2nd Additional Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) which plat is proposed to be located on the <br />following described property: <br /> <br />Outlots M and N, FLINTWOOD HILLS 2ND ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Council approved the development plan for the P.U.D. on <br />May 24, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all park dedication requirements have been satisfied with the platting of the <br />plat known as FLINTWOOD HILLS; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 5, 1991, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />reviewed the plat of Flintwood Hills 5th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City has regulations providing for the installation of public utilities in the <br />Urban Area where the plat is located; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the entire P.U.D. and plat of FLINTWOOD HILLS 5TH ADDITION are <br />subject to restrictive covenants and conditions in order to maintain the appearance of this residential <br />development. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That final approval of FLINTWOOD HILLS 5TH ADDITION is hereby granted subject to <br />the following: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />That the developers of FLINTWOOD HII.LS 5TH ADDITION and the City enter <br />into a comprehensive development agreement which agreement shall incorporate all <br />City Code requirements, policies and restrictive covenants relating to a development <br />of this nature; and <br /> <br />That the developers of FLINTWOOD HILLS 5TH ADDITION shall comply with <br />each of the items contained in the City Engineer's letter dated March 13, 1991 and <br />addressed to the Mayor and City Council; and <br /> <br />c. That the City of Ramsey receive proof of marketable title for the subject property. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Mayor is authorized to sign the plat representing the City as an interested property <br />owner. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
