Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-03-056 RESOLUTION APPROVING (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IMPROVEMENT) FINAL PAYMENT FOR W.B. MILLER, INC. #90-29 RIVER'S BEND PARK, 1990 CDBG WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on July 24, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-07-219 entering into a joint agreement of Anoka County for paving of the River's Bend Park Access Road; and WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., recommended final payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $1,086.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the River's Bend Park Access Road in the amount of $1,086.00. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #91-03-053 approving payment of bills for the month of March, 1991. 4) That this is a reimbursable expense from CDBG funds. 5) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for this adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Cich Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
