Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-03-056 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />(IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />IMPROVEMENT) <br /> <br />FINAL PAYMENT FOR W.B. MILLER, INC. <br />#90-29 RIVER'S BEND PARK, 1990 CDBG <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on July 24, <br />1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-07-219 <br />entering into a joint agreement of Anoka County for paving of the River's Bend Park Access Road; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., recommended final <br />payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $1,086.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the River's Bend <br />Park Access Road in the amount of $1,086.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #91-03-053 <br />approving payment of bills for the month of March, 1991. <br /> <br />4) That this is a reimbursable expense from CDBG funds. <br /> <br />5) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for this adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
