Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-04-079 RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE FILING OF THE FINAL PLAT TIME FRAME FOR RIVER BLUFFS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (P.U.D.) WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey granted preliminary plat approval to River Bluffs on December 19, 1989; and WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code states that failure to file the final plat within twelve months of preliminary plat approval, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding the plat; and WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Jack Miller, developer of River Bluffs on October 15, 1990 requesting an extension to the final plat filing time fi.me for River Bluffs to allow more time to develop a plan to preserve the natural aspects of the property; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council granted an extension to the final plat filing time frame for Rivers Bluffs to December 31, 1990. WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Jack Miller, developer of River Bluffs on April 9, 1991, requesting an extension to the final plat filing time for River Bluffs to allow additional time to develop a plan to preserve the natural aspects of the property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the £mal plat filing time fi.me River Bluffs to August 30, 1991. for The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, thc following voted in favor thereof: Mayer Gilbertson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Cich whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Rams_ey City Council this the 23rd day lVJ~or ATTEST: Cit'-~ A~tinlhistrator ' -.~
